This 10-week dryland interval training group meets on Wednesday mornings from 9-11 AM at various locations near Winthrop and Mazama.
A typical session begins with a warm-up which incorporates some mobility, general movement skills, and dryland ski technique before embarking on moderate to high intensity intervals ski-walking and/or bounding. Early in the season we may do about 25-30 minutes of 'work' through interval training and then build up to higher volumes as the fall progresses.
