This 8-week dryland interval training group meets on Tuesday mornings from 8:30-9:45 AM at various locations near Winthrop and Mazama.
A typical session begins with a warm-up which incorporates some mobility, general movement skills, and dryland ski technique before embarking on moderate to high intensity intervals ski-walking and/or bounding. Workouts will include about 20-35 minutes of 'work' through interval training and then build up to higher volumes as the fall progresses.
