Fall Training Camp Registration

Get ready for winter with our first annual fall training camp! Learn dryland training techniques, strength exercises and workouts, and simply have fun with other skiers before the snow flies. Your legs and lungs will thank you when you’re flying down the trails as soon as the sweet white ribbons appear.

$375 includes all instruction, training sessions, catered evening appetizers on Friday, and breakfasts and lunches both weekend days.

Friday, October 4:

5:00pm Welcome shake out run/rollerski

6:00pm Meet and greet with appetizers and drinks (catered)

7:00pm Dinner on your own

Saturday, October 5:

8:00am Breakfast

9:00am Morning training session: rollerski or ski imitation techniques

12:30pm Lunch (catered)

1:30pm Training discussion: how to build a plan

2:30pm Strength session

3:30pm Afternoon training session: the beauty of recovery runs/hikes/rollerskis

4:30pm Wrap up/Q&A

Sunday, October 6:

8:00am Breakfast; training discussion: fueling for performance

9:00am Morning session: uphill techniques

12:00pm Brunch (catered)

12:30pm Training discussion: technique work(?)

1:30pm Mobility session

2:30pm Wrap up/Q&A/Send off
