Comp Team - Spring Power Camp Registration

Power Camp, aka strength training, is held on Tuesday and Friday mornings before school from 6:45-8 AM.  The spring session is a 'transition phase' reintroducing athletes to strength training movements and modalities, providing a valuable building period prior to summer training.  

The spring session runs from May 6 to June 13, and the cost factors in the assumption that most athletes will be taking a 2-week break from training for their annual 'structured training break' during this period.
